He also stressed that the history of Ukrainian Parliamentarism can be an evident that blocks have the only destiny to split.
The First Vice-Chairman deems that the real parties, but not simple the political powers should be formed in Ukraine.
The First Vice-Chairman, giving answer to the question whether the election laws should be improved or not, in particular the change of the entrance rate to the Parliament, he stressed that there is no need for very big entrance rate in Ukraine. "I suppose, we (Ukraine) do not need very big that is 3-5% - it is possible and real", - O. Lavrynovych explained.
